A little catch-up on my life ❤️

Everything is going absolutely amazing with the shop I couldn’t wish for it to be going any better, and I’m so excited to tell everyone, but our little family has been keeping a secret!

I’ve been trying to tell everyone when they come in for a haircut, but sometimes the conversations get sidetracked and I completely forget. 🫣

✨ I’M PREGNANT! ✨

Because of this, the shop will be open on different days and hours when I return to work. I don’t know exactly what that will look like yet, but it’ll all work out, as everything always does.

My last working day before maternity leave will be 12th September. I’m hoping to be back soon afterwards, but I also want to enjoy spending time with our new little bundle of joy. ❤️

💇 What’s happening with my haircuts while you’re off?

Don’t panic! You can always have your haircut a little shorter before I finish to help it last longer. I won’t be away for too long.

I did look into renting the chair out while I’m away, but it seems like more hassle than it’s worth.
(This has to be the right person.) 

🏪 What’s happening with the shop?

The shop will close for approximately three weeks after the baby is born.

After that, I’ll be returning gradually, doing a few mornings and fitting in appointments as and when I can.

📅 Online booking will be paused from September

This will help me organise my timetable around having a newborn and avoid working long hours.

🚪 No walk-ins from September

The shop will be appointment only. If the door is closed, I’m either with a client or not working that day.
