Terms & Conditions –  The Barberette

These Terms & Conditions apply to all appointments, services, and interactions with Barberette. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms to help ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone.

1. Appointments
    •    Appointments can be booked via our booking platform Nearcut, in person, or over the phone.
    •    Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your service in full or may need to reschedule.
    •    We reserve the right to decline service to anyone behaving inappropriately or disrespectfully.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows
    •    We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
    •    Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may incur a fee of the service cost.
    •    No-shows will be required to pay in full or provide a deposit before future bookings.
    •    Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.

3. Payments
    •    We accept payment by cash, card, or through Nearcuts  (if supported).
    •    Prices are subject to change at any time but will always be clearly stated before the service begins.
    •    Deposits may be required for longer services, group bookings, or if you’ve previously missed an appointment.

4. Children’s Cuts
    •    We welcome children of all ages. However, for safety and the best experience, we kindly ask that they are accompanied by an adult and able to sit reasonably still during the service.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
    •    If you’re not happy with your haircut or service, please let us know within 48 hours so we can do our best to make it right. We do not offer refunds but will always work with you to correct any concerns.

6. Health & Safety
    •    Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your service.
    •    We maintain a clean and safe environment in line with local health regulations.

7. Privacy
    •    Any personal information collected is kept secure and used only for managing appointments and communications.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service for:
    •    Repeated no-shows or late cancellations
    •    Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour
    •    Hygiene concerns or health conditions that could affect service quality or safety
